Tammy and Emmy Slayton are the stars of the famous American reality program “1,000 Pound Sisters,” which follows two dangerously obese sisters.
They are both presently 34 and 35 years old. They dedicated to broadcasting their everyday lives to millions of people till a few years ago in order to become in shape and enjoy their lives to the fullest.
The sisters battled their addictions and themselves for three seasons. Amy, the most successful sibling, is dieting and considering surgery.
Amy and Tammy weighed 185 and 275 kg, respectively, at the time of the shoot (though Amy had previously shed about 50 kg). Unlike her sister, she has gained weight and is now close to 300 pounds. Tammy’s health gradually deteriorated, and she was assigned to a medical rehabilitation clinic in Ohio that specialized in treating obese individuals.
Her weight loss and the lung difficulties brought on by her obesity-related fatness are being treated at the clinic. Tammy’s life’s work continues to enthrall her. On her social media platforms, she routinely posts entertaining videos, health updates, and general assurances for her admirers.
While in counseling, Tammy met her future husband, Caleb Willingham. Her first non-internet dating relationship began with the meeting. They had already performed a wedding there when they first met prior to his proposal to her.
